This prestigious regeneration project is a development of 63 luxury apartments on the Firth of Forth close to Edinburgh centre. It consists of five interconnecting 11 and 13-storey blocks containing both apartments and penthouses. Total square area is 6268m².

 

All aspects of the design, supply and install were managed by IHS including provision of screed and insulation. Other domestic development installations undertaken by IHS include Granton Harbour Development, Edinburgh (11,200m² social and private housing in Aviemore and a number of developments in Aberdeen).
