i'm interested - what steps do I take next?

Most estimating jobs for ground source heat pumps do not require a site visit.  Unless it's a really challenging proposal, we really can design the job from here.  However, we do rely on you to give us a certain amount of information - the more relevant information you give us, the better.

You can contact us by email or post us a full set of archtiects' drawings showing full side elevations and glazing details.  Drawings should be to scale and indicate dimensions and paper size - all to British standards.  Ideally, you should also enclose a map of the plot the house or building is on.  This enables us to judge whether you need to consider a trench or borehole pipe installation system.  Don't forget to include your contact details. 

With ground source heat pumps, we're interested in the following; whether you're using underfloor heating; if it's an existing building, what type of heating system is already in place; comment specifically with regard to floor construction, proposed floor coverings and hot water consumption (bathrooms, ensuites, wetrooms, saunas, even swimming pools).
